# Can You Make the APT. AI Video for Free?

> The honest answer, checked in October 2026: the free routes for the APT. pink-studio AI trend, what each one costs in watermarks, credits and limits, and when paying makes sense.

Short answer: you can post an APT. video for free, but not a finished, watermark-free AI video of you and a friend in the pink studio. Every free route we checked on 30 October 2026 stops somewhere: a different kind of video, daily credits that don't cover one render, or a watermark. MemeFX AI isn't free either; the price is below.

## The free routes at a glance

| Route | What's free | The catch | You two in the pink studio? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Film it yourselves | Everything | A pink backdrop, a friend in the room and a few takes | Yes, for real |
| CapCut templates | The app and the template | Photo dumps and lyric edits of your own media | No |
| Noiz free plan | 2,000 credits a day | The cheapest APT. video costs 7,500 credits | Not on free credits |
| Magic Hour free credits | Daily credits | A different APT. scene; the page lists no prices | A different scene |

## Film it yourselves

The only route that's completely free, and the only one where it's really the two of you moving. Hang a pink sheet or roll of paper behind you, put a stool and anything drum-like on one side, and lock a phone on a tripod in landscape. One of you plays the drums, the other kneels in front with a hairbrush for a mic; finish with the two of you dancing side by side. Add the APT. sound from the app's library when you post.

**What it costs you:** a friend in the same room, a backdrop and an afternoon of retakes.

## CapCut templates

CapCut is free, and its APT. templates are user uploads from October 2024: "APT ROSE BRUNO MARS" by ED is a 20-second 3:4 photo dump with about 112,000 uses, "APT Rose bruno mars" by DAN runs 27 seconds in 9:16. Using one costs nothing, but a template only cuts your photos to the song; nobody plays the drums. More on that: [APT. CapCut template vs AI](https://memefxai.com/blog/apt-capcut-template).

**What it costs you:** it's a slideshow with the APT. sound, not you in the music video.

## Free credits and free plans

- **Noiz** has a two-photo APT. page. Its Free plan gives 2,000 credits a day, but the cheapest APT. video (15 seconds at 768P, with the Noiz watermark) costs 7,500 credits, so free credits alone never cover one. Paid plans start at $6 a month for 100,000 credits.
- **Magic Hour** lists an APT. "Tennis Girls" dance template and mentions free daily credits, without saying how many or what a video costs. It's a different scene from the pink studio.

**What it costs you:** a sign-up, a wait for credits that don't add up to a video, or a watermark on what you post.

## When paying makes sense

- **You can't film together.** Two photos taken in different cities still end up on the same pink stage.
- **You want the real shots.** The kit, the mic, the kneel, the dance, timed to the song.
- **You want to post it as is.** No watermark, with the sound, up to 1080p.

When it doesn't: you just want your photos with the APT. sound (use a CapCut template), or you have a friend, a pink sheet and an afternoon (film it).

## FAQ

### Do Noiz's free daily credits cover an APT. video?

No. As of 30 October 2026 the free plan gives 2,000 credits a day, and its cheapest APT. video costs 7,500 credits, with a Noiz watermark.

### Is a CapCut APT. template a free way to do the trend?

It's free, but it makes a different video: your photos cut to the song. It doesn't put you and a friend in the pink studio.

### What's the only completely free route?

Filming it yourselves: a pink backdrop, something that passes for a drum kit, a phone on a tripod and the APT. sound from TikTok or Reels.
