What is Coldplay Kiss Cam AI?
The Coldplay kiss cam meme is back as an AI trend: a phone in the crowd films a stadium's giant round screen, the kiss cam lands on two people hugging, and the moment they see themselves, one hides their face and the other ducks. This template puts the two people from your photos on that screen.
It follows the moves and camera of the most-viewed kiss cam reel of the trend, so the hug, the gasp, the duck and the crowd land on the same beats. You add two photos, nothing else. Videos start at 10 credits.
Where the kiss cam meme came from
The reel this template follows (TikTok, 16 October 2026), played in TikTok's own player. Watch on TikTok
The original moment happened on 16 July 2025 at a Coldplay concert at Gillette Stadium near Boston: the kiss cam found a couple hugging in a box, she covered her face and turned away, he ducked, and the singer joked about it from the stage. A fan's clip became one of the biggest memes of 2025. The two people in it are real; this page doesn't show them, name them or use that footage.
In October 2026 it came back as an AI filter. On 15 October the CapCut template account @capcuttingcorner posted the first kiss cam AI clip with other faces on the screen, and a second clip on 16 October passed 5 million views. Now everyone is putting themselves and a friend on the jumbotron.
Photo tips for the best kiss cam video
Faces sharp and forward
Chest up, eyes and mouth clearly visible, no sunglasses. The faces are small on the big screen, so sharp photos matter.
Mind the order
Photo 1 stands in front and hides; photo 2 hugs from behind and ducks. Swap them before you generate if you want the other role.
Good light
Daylight or a bright room keeps both faces recognizable under the stadium lights.
Both of you are in on it
Use your own photo and one of someone who said yes. Never a stranger, a coworker without their yes, a child or a public figure.
FAQ
Coldplay Kiss Cam AI: FAQ
An AI version of the Coldplay kiss cam meme: two people hug on a stadium jumbotron, see themselves, and one hides their face while the other ducks. This template makes it from two photos, in 11 seconds of vertical video.
From a Coldplay concert at Gillette Stadium on 16 July 2025, when the kiss cam caught a couple who hid from the screen. It returned in October 2026 as a CapCut AI filter; the most-viewed clip, by @capcuttingcorner, passed 5 million views. Our video never shows or names the people in the original clip.
Two: one of you and one of the other person, each with a clear, front-facing face, chest up. One person or pet per photo.
Photo 1 is the one in front who covers their face and spins away. Photo 2 is the one behind who hugs and then ducks below the railing.
Yes. Either photo can be a pet: it stands on its hind legs, hugs or hides with its paws and keeps its own fur and face.
No. The original sound is live concert audio, so the clip is silent. Add the trending kiss cam sound from TikTok or Reels when you post.
Make it with someone who's in on it: your partner, your best friend, your mom. Don't use it to suggest a real affair, and never use photos of strangers, coworkers who didn't agree, children or public figures. Keep the platform's AI label on.
