What is the Phone on the Train AI template?
It puts you into the most-liked version of the phone on the train trend: the Paris metro reel to the live "Training Season". The platform, the train, the run and the view stay the same; the singer is you, in the clothes from your photo.
You add one photo, nothing else, and nobody has to stick a phone to a real train.
Where the trend came from
Musicians started it to promote their songs: the earliest clip we know is from 8 June 2026, and in August singers in India and Russia taped phones to trains. On 26 August Ollie Muhl asked "Anyone seen a phone stuck to the train recently?" on the New York 7 train; the caption named the trend. A Delhi Metro version passed 135 million views, and the Delhi Metro asked creators to stop.
By mid-September it had reached Munich, Toronto, London, Istanbul and Berlin, with the live "Training Season" as its sound. On 3 October Ollie Muhl took it to Paris with a new ending: wait for the view.
Photo tips
Face big and sharp
Waist up with your face in focus works best; the reel has big close-ups of the singer.
Wear the look
Your outfit replaces the black sweater and jeans of the reel. A costume works too.
Only you in the photo
With two people in one photo the model may mix them. No filters, no sunglasses.
FAQ
Phone on the Train AI: FAQ
A 2026 reel joke: you stick your phone to a metro window, sing on the platform while it films you, then run after the train as it leaves with your phone. It started with musicians promoting songs in June and August 2026; Ollie Muhl's New York and Paris takes made it global, and the live "Training Season" by Dua Lipa became its sound.
The Paris one, "Wait for the view", posted on 3 October 2026 on metro Line 6: the phone rides over the Seine to the lit Eiffel Tower. By 12 October it had 7 million likes and 89 million views on Instagram.
No. The whole clip is generated from your photo, so nobody tapes anything to a real train. Metro operators have warned that sticking phones to train windows can hurt people.
One sharp photo of yourself, waist up or full body, face big and turned to the camera, no sunglasses. The reel has big close-ups of the singer, so a small face from across the room can come out looking like the man in the reel.
Up to 30 seconds in 9:16, from the platform to the Eiffel Tower view, with the song. The original reel runs 33 seconds; the last seconds of the view are left out.
Premium renders the whole clip: 480p for 55 credits, 720p for 120 and 1080p for 205. Your account's first full 480p video costs just 20 credits. No watermark, and failed renders are refunded automatically. No account needed: you can also buy a single video at checkout.
