Phone on the Train

Best Phone on the Train AI Video Generators (2026)

The sites that make the phone on the train video from one photo, compared: length, the Training Season song, the Eiffel Tower ending, watermark and price, as of October 2026.

The phone on the train trend is a 2026 reel joke: you tape your phone to a metro window, sing on the platform while it films you, then run after the train as it leaves with your phone. The most-liked take ends in Paris, with the phone riding over the Seine to the lit Eiffel Tower. Taping a real phone to a real train is a bad idea, so a handful of sites now put your face into that reel from one photo.

We looked for every tool that offers this trend as of October 2026 and checked each one on its own pages. Five sites have a ready-made template for it, including this one, and one more shows you how to prompt it. CapCut had no template for it when we looked.

Is there a CapCut template?

Not one we could find. CapCut's "train trend" templates are slow-motion train edits and travel clips, nothing with a phone on the window. A template is also an edit of your own footage, so you would still have to film the platform, the train and the run yourself.

The tools

MemeFX AI (the template here)

  • What you get: the Paris reel with you as the singer: the platform, taping the phone on, singing while it films you, the chase and the Eiffel Tower view. 30 seconds, vertical 9:16.
  • Input: one photo of you, waist up or full body. Your clothes come from the photo.
  • Sound: the live "Training Season" from the reel is in the MP4.
  • Price: one video without an account starts at $9.99. With credits it is 55 (480p), 120 (720p) or 205 (1080p). Credit packs are one-time, with no subscription, and the credits never expire.
  • Free tier and watermark: no free tier and no watermark. Failed renders are refunded automatically.
  • Suits: the whole Paris version with the song, one video at a time, up to 1080p.

MakeViral

  • What you get: the Paris reel, 33 seconds, 9:16. You are in the first 22 seconds; the last 11 are the reel's own Eiffel Tower view.
  • Input: one photo, waist up, face close.
  • Sound: the reel's song, which you can turn off on the result screen.
  • Price: 192 credits for Standard (480p, played at 720p). HD (720p) and Ultra HD (1080p) cost more. There is no single-video purchase: its one-time packs run from $9.99 for 100 credits to $129.99 for 1,900, about $13–19 of credits for one video, and new accounts start with 0 credits. Plans start at $9.99 a week.
  • Free tier and watermark: no free credits. The template page and its plans say no watermark. Failed videos give their credits back.
  • Suits: people who already have MakeViral credits or a plan.

imageat

  • What you get: about 30 seconds, 9:16, fixed length, built on the first 30 seconds of the Paris reel, with the Eiffel Tower ride at the end.
  • Input: one photo of one person, face visible.
  • Sound: the page says the original sound is kept in sync and asks you to check the result before posting.
  • Price: 191 credits at 480p or 409 at 720p. Credits come with monthly plans; the Starter plan is listed at $9.99 a month for 100 credits, so even a 480p video needs a bigger plan. Check their pricing page for the current plans.
  • Free tier and watermark: signing up is free; we found no free credits for video. The plans list watermark-free exports. Failed generations are refunded.
  • Suits: imageat subscribers who want the Paris version.

Phone Stuck to Train AI

  • What you get: a different, shorter take: the subway-platform performance, about 14 seconds, vertical, standard 480p, with no Eiffel Tower ending.
  • Input: one photo.
  • Sound: the original soundtrack is included.
  • Price: $9.90 for one video, $19.90 for three or $29.90 for five, paid once, no subscription. Passes don't expire.
  • Free tier and watermark: previews are free to watch, generating needs a pass. Downloads are watermark-free, and a failed generation returns its pass.
  • Suits: a short clip at a fixed price, or several tries at under $6 each.

RemixMeme

  • What you get: about 15 seconds, 9:16 MP4, at 720p (or a 480p draft).
  • Input: one photo with a clear adult face.
  • Sound: none. RemixMeme says it doesn't include commercial tracks, so you add the trending sound when you post.
  • Price: 500 credits at 720p, 375 for the draft. A one-time pack of 500 credits is $11.99; plans start at $7.99 for the first week, then $12.99 a week.
  • Free tier and watermark: new accounts get 20 welcome credits, which RemixMeme says covers about two images, not a video. The MP4 is watermark-free.
  • Suits: a short clip you'll put your own sound on.

Media.io (prompt it yourself)

  • What you get: not a template. Media.io's phone on train page gives an example prompt for its image-to-video tool. How long the clip runs and whether it has sound depend on the model you pick, and the page says some models can't do the whole sequence in one clip, so you may have to stitch shots together.
  • Input: one photo plus a prompt you write.
  • Price: credits. Prices didn't load on its pricing page when we checked, so look there.
  • Free tier and watermark: the free plan has 3 daily check-in credits, and free exports carry a watermark; the paid plans export without one.
  • Suits: experimenting with your own version of the idea, not copying the Paris reel shot for shot.

Whichever you pick, use a sharp photo of yourself with your face big in the frame, keep the AI label on when you post, and leave real trains alone: the Delhi Metro warned creators in September 2026 that phones stuck to train windows can hurt passengers.
